The new people coming on board probably have unique skills and experiences they\u2019d use to take your business to unprecedented levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work with a schedule<\/strong><br \/>\nAs responsibilities and commitments increase, it becomes more expedient to prioritise and schedule. You cannot afford to do things haphazardly anymore. Else, you\u2019d be heading for a ditch. Create a to-do list, prioritise your activities daily and keep an eye on your schedule. That way, you reduce the possibility of forgetting meetings and appointments with important clients and prospects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automate certain processes<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is the information age. A website could make a lot of difference and save you valuable time. Don\u2019t be averse to modern technology, it\u2019s your friend. Create a website where clients can get certain information they\u2019d have called for. Where they might be able to place orders.
