6pm to 10pm weekends.
(The generator operation and or realignment of hours are purely based on common and prevailing interest of the tenants).

Other vital conditions are;
1. we do not allow independent generator in the premises
2. we do not permit tenant to sublet the rear ensuite bedroom (strictly for personal use please).
3. commercial business operation as serviced apartment is not allowed.
4. Placement of wall paper is not allowed
5. Placement of solar panels on roof top is not allowed for obvious reasons. However, tenant can consider same on car sheds within the premises.
