Value of the land: 1.3M PER SQMTS.

Architects: (Developers may present their architects & designs but if both parties disagree on the designs, it will be outsourced to the owners' interested architects)

Construction firm: ELALAN, Cappa & D’Alberto, etc.
In-house builders will be considered if the standard/portfolio (in Nigeria) matches those of the preferred contractors.

All sub-contractors (windows, doors, electrical consultants, mechanical consultants, etc) to be mutually agreed upon & selected by both parties before execution of the JVA.
