Two of its member companies (Grenadines Homes and Propertymart Real Estate) are highly experienced in the development, sales and operation of major mixed-use proje- cts in the real estate sector. Some of the developments include residential buildings, re- creational spaces among others. Another subsidiary is presently involved in the provision of property management services in the Nigerian market.
Under the leadership of its Chairman and the Group Managing Director, the Palton Mor- gan Group has grown to be one of the largest real estate investment firm in Nigeria, with a staff strength of about 200 employees. The group has delivered over 7,000 housing units and serviced plots to customers in Lagos, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) since2008.
