We act as the property owner’s authorised representative for the purpose of publishing property details and facilitating direct contact between interested parties and the property owner.
Our role is limited to providing independent legal documentation and conveyancing support where required. We do not operate as estate agents, brokers, or property negotiators, and we do not offer marketing or agency services.
All property terms, including rent and applicable fees, are clearly stated upfront to enable informed decision-making by prospective tenants or purchasers. Any legal services provided are offered separately and strictly in our capacity as legal practitioners, in accordance with applicable professional rules
1. Legal Documentation & Conveyancing
We provide professional legal documentation services in relation to property transactions, including:
Tenancy and lease agreements
Deeds of assignment
Legal review of property documents
Ancillary conveyancing documentation
Legal fees are agreed separately and charged strictly for legal services rendered, in line with professional standards.
2. Owner’s Representative (Non-Agency)
Acting on the instruction of property owners, we may publish property details and stated terms on third-party platforms to enable interested parties to connect directly.
This role does not include estate agency services such as marketing, negotiation or agency commission.
3. Transaction Support
Where required, we offer legal guidance on compliance, documentation processes, and completion formalities relating to property transactions.)
